Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan restaurant is located in the Hotel Columbia.  Chef Chad Scothorn (he also lives at The Terraces at Meadow Run) serves some of the most innovative food in town. Our favorite is the black risotto with sea scallops, carrot sauce and Parmesan crisp.  The bar has live music five nights a week.  The wine list is extensive and expensive.

Chive horseradish mashed potatoes, arugula & tomato salad and cipollini onions
