Named for the J. Chester Armstrong chainsaw sculpted eagles that adorn the bar and restaurant, Eagle's has a great bar and good Mexican/Southwestern  food.  We enjoyed the hand tossed New York Style Margherita pizza cooked in their wood fired oven and the Tijuana Caesar salad.  Design-your-own three egg omelettes are very good at breakfast.  Service is variable.  Atmosphere is nice, prices reasonable.  - M&S
